Phone turns off as soon as I unplug it

Hello,

my phone only works when plugged in, the battery is supposedly charged to 100% but if I unplug it, it turns off. If anyone has any idea about my problem, please let me know.

small update just now, I managed to:
turn it off while plugged in
turn it back on without the charger (battery 100%)
I optimized the battery in settings and then the battery charge suddenly dropped to 9%

    Hello, there are 2 possible issues with your smartphone:

    - Motherboard failure
    - Battery failure

      thank you for your reply, but maybe a silly question, if it were the motherboard, wouldn't it work when plugged in since I'm having no issues???

      Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge and since it fell, it only works with the charger plugged in; as soon as I unplug it, it turns off immediately and does not turn on without charging. Please help me.
