Hello
my email is on Microsoft Outlook and I am no longer receiving emails on my main address.
I can no longer open Outlook; the error message says data files not found.
To fix it, I have a message telling me to go to the control panel, user accounts, view profile and properties. But when I am in user accounts, I do not have "view profile."
Can someone help me?

You must have [Properties] by clicking on the name of the relevant account...

I wanted to thank you for your help; thanks to you, I was able to work all week.
If I may take advantage of your kindness, I have another problem that I can't resolve and that I don't understand.
I have relatively important emails that I am not receiving; I've received them on my phone but not on my computer, neither on Outlook nor directly on Gmail. Once opened on my phone, I can no longer access them as they disappear.
If you know where this could be coming from, it would be a great help to me.
