Hello,

I just changed my TV to a Sharp brand and I have a Numericable box: I can't change the channel with the television remote.
I should mention that I don't have a Numericable remote and I called Numericable support, but they couldn't solve the problem.

Of course, I can change the channel on the Numericable box, but it's not very convenient.

    Hello,

    In your case, the television does not receive TV channels; it only serves as a screen.

    The channels come from the Numéricable decoder... to change the channels, you need to use the remote control of the Numéricable decoder.

    If you don't have the corresponding remote control, you need to request it from Numéricable...
