my Samsung TV is stuck on a channel Solved

Hello,

for the past 2 days my television is stuck on a TNT channel and only the volume buttons work, and in the menu the channels are inaccessible so it's not possible to search or reset, please help me
it's a 26R7 LCD TV of 107 cm

But when I unplug everything and plug it back in, the picture returns but it gets stuck on this channel.

Yeah, it has integrated TNT and I tried the buttons on the side but only the source and volume work, so it doesn't change anything with the remote control :(

The image of the last channel comes back and it's very clear but it's impossible to change channels  it does the same thing if I use an indoor antenna

Hello,

My TV turned on in the middle of the night and since then I can't turn it off (except if I unplug it, of course). It stays on the same channel (W9 looze...) and I can't lower the volume as the remote control is not responding. I haven't found any reset button. I've unplugged and replugged it. Nothing. My TV is 2 months old. Thank you for getting back to me.
