Hello,
I just changed my faulty TNT Sat decoder. When I replace it with a new model, after completing the installation, the decoder turns on and off by itself every two seconds. I have already exchanged it twice at my store for another new device, and it's always the same thing. Any idea on how to resolve this issue? Thanks in advance.
Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 52.0.2743.116

Hello,
Before proceeding with the installation, check in the menu that the 5-volt antenna power supply is properly disabled

Thank you for this response. But when should I check, in the menu on my old installation or when I’ve installed the new decoder? And once again, thank you for this responsiveness.

In the Optex menu, have you also tried to reset to factory settings?

I just looked in the Optex menu, I didn't see where we can "turn on - off" the 5-volt antenna power supply. And no, I haven't tried the "RESET" yet.
