Mon Minecraft crash quand je joue sur un monde solo/serveur

Bonjour/Bonsoir, j'ai un soucis depuis aujourd’hui, mon soucis est que quand je lance Minecraft et que je vais sur un monde solo ou un serveur, eh bien ça crash. Mais ça ne crash pas tout de suite, j'attends environ 10 secondes puis après cela crash. J'ai pourtant mis à jour mon pilote, j'ai désinstaller java puis je l'ai réinstaller. Bref voilà quoi mais l'erreur persiste ! Je pense que c'est à cause de java ou de ma carte graphique puisque quand je vais sur un monde solo, avant le crash, j'ai des gros bugs de chunks. Je tiens également à dire que ce problème me le fait dans toutes les versions du jeu. Ça me l'avais jamais fait auparavant.
