Short circuit of my antenna

Hello

I have a CGV STL-2 / Etimo 1T-2 receiver and my problem is that as soon as I connect my antenna to the antenna input of my receiver, a message appears saying that a short circuit has been detected on the antenna input. I don't understand because this antenna worked before...
I connected a coaxial cable between the receiver and the antenna but it doesn't change anything...

    Hello,
Your terminal must be equipped with a 5-volt power supply via coaxial to power a mast preamplifier, and that’s what’s causing the trouble because you don’t have a preamplifier, so your antenna is short-circuiting; look in the menu and disable this function.

      Thank you for your response

Do we need to disable the Antenna Power? Because as soon as the short circuit is detected, it disables itself.

Yes, the antenna power supply must be disabled.

Hello, short circuit problem resolved. The copper wire must extend by 2 mm, no more. Now it works ????
