How to receive Canalsat without a satellite dish and without internet?

Hello, My mother has just moved, she cannot install a satellite dish in the building and we also cannot use a box because the bandwidth is insufficient. How can she receive Canal Sat? Thank you for your answers   Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 26.0

Hi I think there's just telepathy left. More seriously, I think it's dead. But maybe your mom can install a huge satellite dish, but there are also smaller very discreet white box versions available.
