Hello,

When I got home, I noticed an apparent crack on the screen of my SAMSUNG TV when I turned it on, although it isn’t visible from the outside.
Only the cat was present during my absence, and it gives me a headache to think that it might have accidentally damaged the television.
Anyway, I would like to know the price of a SAMSUNG screen of 138cm with the reference UE55JU6000.
I would also like to know if the repair is worth it, as the warranty is still valid, but I can already imagine them saying that the crack was caused by me.
Hoping for a quick response, thank you in advance.

    Hi,
Who did you buy it from?
Does your crack start from the edge of the screen?

No, we see a small impact with cracks around the corner of the TV but I really don't see where it could come from, especially since it was turned off.
I will check with Carrefour's customer service but I'm already preparing for a struggle to prove that it is a manufacturing defect.
So I'm anticipating the repair at my own expense and I'm wondering what the cost could be.
Bought for 999 euros 4 weeks ago.
      Thank you for your response.

      Hello,
what's your cat, is it Garfield!!! Reasonably speaking, unless the TV was on the ground, how do you expect it to have cracked the tile? It must have already been cracked during transport and is slowly getting bigger.
      See you!
