Hello,
I have upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
The Optra E310 printer, which was working satisfactorily until now, is no longer recognized as a printer but as an unspecified device.
Thank you in advance for any possible solution you can provide?

    After researching online, I found a solution.
    I tried it and it works.
    My Optra E310 printer works on Windows 10.
