Installing Lexmark printer without CD

It's a LEXMARK printer, it just says X2650. I don't see anything else and this model is not offered to me. Thank you.

Here is the driver: http://downloads.lexmark.com/downloads/cpd/cj2600fr64.exe

Why say that one can't do it if one hasn't tried?

Okay, thanks. Do you just need to download it? Sorry, I'm not very good with computers.

Alright, that’s done. I'm missing one last thing:
Your operating system and whether it is 64-bit or 32-bit. It is written in: Control Panel > System and Security > System
