Installing Lexmark printer without CD Solved

I would like to install my LEXMARK printer but I lost the CD. I went to "add a printer" but I don't quite understand...
Could someone help me?

It's a LEXMARK printer, it just says X2650. I don't see anything else and this model is not offered to me. Thank you.

Your operating system and whether it is 64-bit or 32-bit. It is written in: Control Panel > System and Security > System
