Hello,
when I tried to save a document as EPS, this message appeared
"when spot colors are combined with transparent areas, their conversion to CMYK in an application other than Illustrator may produce unexpected results."
what does this mean please and how can I fix this problem?

Bee means that the transparent areas covering a spot color can be rasterized and therefore converted into an image. This implies the loss of the spot color and conversion to CMYK.
Unfortunately, this is an issue related to color separation and how software (and RIPs) handle it. Look in InDesign in the print window; the "Advanced" tab offers you transparency flattening with different parameters.
It's up to you to see what modifications are possible in your document.
To avoid it, use a percentage of tint instead of a percentage of transparency for your spot color.-

The embedded color profile of the document does not match the current CMJN workspace. The current CMJN color management rule is to ignore such profiles.
embedded: ISO coated v2 330(ECI)
Workspace: coated FOGRA27 (ISO 12647-2:2004)

This is a warning message that you can disable in the "Edit / Colors" menu.
For color separation printing, I find that it has no interest. If you have a cyan color at 50%, you should print a cyan at 50% and not apply a color correction via a profile by adding magenta or anything else...
This is how you end up with a CMYK black instead of a 100% black.
However, for composite prints... it's different, although I would be inclined to use a profile at printing rather than incorporating it beforehand.
