Snapchat, photo not saving

Hello,

I tried to find the answer in other posts, but apparently, no one has encountered my problem.
Like many, Snapchat has become my main camera on my Samsung, but for the past few days, no matter how many times I save the photos, and after clearing a good part of the "snapchat" folder in my gallery, nothing works, the photos via Snapchat are no longer saving... Has anyone ever had this issue, or does anyone know how to fix it? I feel like I've been experiencing this bug since their latest update.

    If you hold down the recording button for a long time, it will offer to save it in your "memories" and in your photo gallery.

      Hello, I have exactly the same problem as you, and moreover my photos in my memories are grey and I can't see them :-/
      I think it comes from the last update.

        Exactly the same, the photos are gray, I can't save them, I have my vacation photos in there, I would really like to recover them, I don't know how to do it.

      Hello! In my case, a ton of photos that I had saved in memories have disappeared. I don't know what to do.

      Hello, I cannot save my photos/videos and I can't do what you said (by pressing and holding the "save" button). Is there another way to do it? Please.
