Infocus IN76 Projector Image Issues

Hello,
I bought the Infocus IN76 projector.
I have 2 cables: 1 DVI/HDMI and 1 SVideo
I connect my laptop with the DVI/HDMI; it recognizes it automatically, okay
The second time: nothing.
I connect the SVideo, okay
I try several times (mostly movies) okay
Then, again nothing like with the DVI/HDMI
Can someone help me?

    I have a very simple question
    I bought an Infocus IN76 and unfortunately I haven't bought any cables for sound
    My Logitech speaker kit is connected to my computer
    I was wondering if I connect my PC (DVI) to my projector (M1-DA) will there be sound?
    Does DVI carry sound like an HDMI connection?

    Hello, I bought a laptop equipped with VISTA to use with an INFOCUS brand video projector. After various settings, particularly regarding resolution, my projector only displays the background image, with no taskbar, no icons, and especially no photos that I open.
    Do you know a solution to this problem? Thank you

    You need to decrease the resolution of the PC.
