Spaces between words when justified

Hello,
When I copy/paste text from one of my LibreOffice files to insert it into my other LibreOffice file, it pastes with large spaces between words when I justify it.
This is a professional report, and the presentation is important.

How can I remove these spaces that automatically form?

To avoid large spaces in justified text, you can allow hyphenation so it breaks words.
- Right click on the text
- Paragraph… / Line Breaks
- Check Automatically
