Hello,
I'm coming to you for help with a partially resolved issue. Let me explain: Early this morning, while I was browsing the web, my internet connection was interrupted by an update to my Livebox 2. I chose to wait. After several hours, I still had no access to the network. I decided to perform a factory reset (seeing no other solutions). I was able to re-enter my login credentials, and magically, all the lights on the box turned green and my phone was working. However, NONE of the devices (tested with 2 desktop PCs via Ethernet and 2 mobile devices via Wi-Fi) had internet access. After hours of searching, I realized that the problem was related to IP configuration, so I changed the IPv4 address of my network card to a fixed address. So I FINALLY have internet access on my PC.
However, I still don't understand how this problem occurred, and I still need to repeat the process on all my connected devices. Does anyone have an explanation? I think I understand that the DHCP configuration went wrong, but I don't know more (not even how to fix it).
Feel free to ask for more information.

Hello,
Request the exchange of your box if it is rented.
Also try resetting it one more time.
You can try reactivating the DHCP server in the interface if it is disabled.
And... There you go!
