Hello, I can't read and understand what is indicated in the small black box on the right side of the cartridge block! I press and press, but the cartridges just move around and stay hidden in their "garage." What should I do to make them show up so I can change them? THANK YOU!

  Hello, I had already read, copied, and printed this response you had given elsewhere. Well no! I can't manage the cartridge change from the computer. We certainly don't have the same model.
  In the end, I was guided over the phone by a friend. It's silly but what wasn't working an hour ago worked this time (just press a button and be patient). It's a rather temperamental printer judging by the tons of questions about changing cartridges.
