VHS image problem to PC

Hello,

I recently bought a video capture card to record family VHS tapes, I can get the image and sound, but impossible to get a clear image, most of the time it looks blurred, even the image sometimes jumps.
I'm using the software provided with the card ArcSoft Showbiz. I tried several VHS tapes, 2 VCRs, passing through SCART or direct RGB with no major differences.
I tried changing software by using Movavi.
I uploaded a clip online to better define my blur definition:

If anyone has a lead, thanks in advance.

    Good evening,

If you read your VHS without a recorder, do you get the same effect or not?

Hello, no, when I read the VHS tapes directly on the TV there's no problem.

    Hi,

I got average to fairly good results from a VHS video recorder to a home DVD-R recorder that probably records in DVD_VR.

    What needs to be finalized.

The image is sometimes clearer or darker depending on the device used.

Then to edit and convert the DVD_VR into a more standard DVD-Video format, Tmpgenc Authoring Works

Burn a VIDEO_TS folder on a DVD-R with Ashampoo Burning Studio Free, choose the right version, you have to register but it’s free, the DVD will be compatible with most home players.

I don’t have the equipment for that right now, but I’m keeping this option on hand in case I can’t find another.
