Whatsapp call busy

Hello,

I have a problem with the WhatsApp application:

I was on a call with my fiancé abroad, the call got disconnected
and I immediately called him back. My call did not go through. Then my fiancé
sent me a screenshot: he was trying to call me and it said "is on another call" whereas I hadn’t made or received any calls, I was just trying to call him at that moment... I assume we called each other at the same time and that caused a bug, which explains why his call didn’t go through, it was as if I was calling someone else. Has anyone else encountered this issue? It's obviously hard for him to believe me... it's difficult to be credible when this kind of bug is very rare. I hope to hear similar cases, thank you in advance.

it's not a bug, the same thing happens with the regular phone, when two people call at the same time it shows both that it's busy...

Thank you for your response! However, he also said that if it was because we were calling at the same time, it should show as a call failed and not "is on another call"... The worst part is that my call doesn't even show up in my history! So I'm really in a bad situation...

I imagine you sent each other a message at that time, so tell him to relax and let one rip. In any case, it's not a bug.

Yes, we only wrote to each other for a maximum of 5 minutes right after. But he might think that I just sent the person back to where they came from lol... that I directly hung up on that person or something like that.
