UNAVAILABLE instead of caller ID

Hello,
My cordless phone Versatis D 150 from ALCATEL THOMSON does not display the number of the calling party (except if it is in my directory and not on the red list) but shows UNAVAILABLE; I contacted Bouygues (I am using the Bbox) and they said it is a problem with my phone;
I called 0820 820 217 (as indicated in the user manual): without success; the response is always the same.. in a loop.. and repeats infinitely.. without providing any solution.
The number located on the base of my phone is FR 086 626
This phone was bought online by my daughter and I don't have the name of the site or the receipt
Thank you for replying
My phone: 06 63 19 22 20

It doesn't come from the phone. We have the same problem. We changed phones and the unavailable call issue still exists. Good luck. After numerous calls to the operator, we had to block unidentified calls. THIS WAS THE ONLY SOLUTION FOUND BY SFR. A very clear lack of competence.

I have the same problem with my new phone, which is also a Versatis D 150. It used to work very well with my old phone. Since then, I've tried with another phone, but the problem persists... I'm with Alice.

Same problem for me, it seems to me that the solution must be resolved by the operator, now if you pick up the call it works.

Good evening everyone,
I have solved the problem.
The harassment was coming from ... SFR!
Yes, it seems that the method used by SFR involves an automated system designed to dial the numbers to be contacted, which it does very well. When the person answers, if an operator is available at that exact moment, the call is immediately connected. If no sales representative is available, the automaton hangs up without waiting.
I discovered this principle when, tired of answering and hanging up, I accidentally waited a bit. And coincidentally, I reached an operator who claimed she wanted to review my phone options!
I kindly explained to her that I was not too fond of this method and asked her to please put me on a permanent do-not-call list for prospects to stop harassing. She insisted that SFR was not responsible for this strange phenomenon, yet the fact is that since that conversation, the "Idt unavailable" calls have completely disappeared!
Surprising, isn't it?
