Probleme en vmware

slt tout le monde;j ai installer une machine virtuelle de 64bit afin d installer ubunto qui est aussi de 64 bit aussi mais le probleme j arrive pas a l ouvrir;j aurai tjrs cette genre d'erreur j ai essayé meme avec Cubunto qui est sur 32bit mais tjrs le prblme perssiste,donc slvp si qlq1 pourrai m aidez a le resoudre slvp;et merciii infiniment,

(3) Power-cycle the host if you have not done so since installing VMware Player.

(4) Update the host's BIOS/firmware to the latest version.
