I installed WhatsApp on my Samsung Android. I can make calls without a problem, send messages without a problem, but when I receive a call, it's IMPOSSIBLE to answer. If you could give me some advice, thank you.

Hello,
In order to hang up, you need to slide the green icon towards the center of the screen (I assume this has already been attempted).
One of the solutions would be to check that the app is up to date; the latest update may resolve this issue.
Next, verify if this problem occurs only with a particular contact, or with everyone.
Then, if nothing changes, you should:
• Check if your 3G or 4G signals and WiFi are disconnected. Try to reset them.
• Make sure you have accepted all the app's permissions.
• Turn your phone off and then back on
