Hello, I have a Gigaset C450 but the charge seems to drain very quickly and takes longer and longer to recharge. The batteries were put in in 2011. Is it probably the batteries that are too worn out or possibly a deficiency in the charger? Thank you for your response.

Configuration: Windows 8 / Firefox 47.0

Your phone is getting old, it's very likely that the batteries are dying.
