Hello,

Almost nothing is displayed on the screen even though the batteries are regularly charged. What could be the reason?

    Hello,
    Is it regularly charged? Is the handheld unit not on its base or charger all the time (except during calls)?
    Is the charger properly powered?

    Do you have multiple handsets? If so, try switching the handsets on the chargers.

    When the handset is on the charger, is the screen more visible?
