Hello,

I'm moving into a new apartment that doesn't have a phone socket but has only one data/TV/r socket.

Apparently, the previous tenants used this socket to get internet, TV, and phone through the cable (I didn't know that was still possible).

I saw while checking online for ADSL eligibility that my apartment has ADSL, but how is it possible to connect a box like a Freebox with this data/TV/r socket?

Hi,
these plugs only work for the internet with SFR/numericable or maybe Bouygues, but never with Free or Orange.

OK. But why one operator and not the other?
So that means with this socket I can access an ADSL subscription via SFR for example (SFR's Red offer which seems nice)?

What would be good is for you to understand what I'm saying:
Actually, ADSL does not go through these sockets, only through the telephone sockets.
There may also be solutions on fiber, but not all ISPs are available on all infrastructures.
