I am Marie and I want to unsubscribe from Woozgo.

Can you read the T&C???
Each User can unsubscribe from the Service by requesting the closure of their account at any time by contacting the Company by sending an email to customer@woozgo.com or by calling the customer service number mentioned in Article 2 hereof or by any other means indicated by the Company. The User's unsubscription from the Services will take effect on the business day following the Company's receipt of the request to close the relevant account. The cancellation of the registration is done without costs other than those necessary to transmit their request and without reason.
In the case where the User has also subscribed to a Subscription, they must first request its cancellation before unsubscribing from the Service and requesting the closure of their account by following the cancellation procedures mentioned in Article 10.3 below.
