Le Bon Coin refuses to publish my ads.

Hello, same issue,

it's a crime:

1) False advertising: because after a few announcements (3 in 2 years in my case) they no longer accept free ads, so they must specify that this is a limited offer.
2) Forced selling: in fact, because by refusing to publish ads for unjustified reasons, they force consumers to take paid options or paid accounts when according to their rules it should be free.

From what we see on the forums, these are not isolated acts, but rather studied, prepared practices that deliberately violate the law.
They are clearly in violation of French law protecting consumers, but they do so because they are based outside of France (Malta according to some sources).

The leading advertising site in France is therefore run by professionals of fraud, which is very sad....

We also often notice that they employ people to post messages on forums to sow confusion in the statements of the victims of this scam, like for example the previous message from jns55 that talks about regulations, which has nothing to do with the problem, but it allows to cast doubts on the author of the message; in short, a basic technique that can deceive the younger ones...

Sorry, I wasn't logged in.

So the Vuitton bags were purchased at a property auction (sales by the French State) and paid for in the name of the Public Treasury...

The State does not sell counterfeits, it destroys them!

Do you see now why I find it a bit absurd that they are being rejected when, as you say, there are copies of labels, invoices...

I sent the acquisition notes for these items, along with a photo of each lot put up for sale so that Le Bon Coin could clearly compare that what I was selling indeed came from the auctions; yesterday a registered letter of 32 pages was sent (that's why I haven't replied to you before).

For your information, if you are not familiar with state auctions, here is a link that will take you directly to the list of lots that were auctioned on December 13th:

That’s the origin of the items I’m selling, and regarding the distrust of Le Bon Coin concerning counterfeits, I suggest you take a look at the ad below, which is indeed active on the site, even though the seller explicitly states in their text that it’s a counterfeit, I A-DO-RE!

"... like the Chloé model..." yes, except that "Chloé" is clearly marked on the bag! It’s not just an imitation but a genuine counterfeit! Yet this ad is allowed...
