Hello,
I am trying to ask a question by typing "new discussion," but it is not published because I get a message saying "this discussion does not exist."
Here is my message:
I was online on Skype, which I haven't used in a long time.
A page opened without me realizing it.
I was asked:
- my name
- my date of birth
- my email address.
Thinking it was Skype conducting a verification, I responded.
Shortly after, I received a meeting request in my
email, that’s when I understood it was not Bouygues asking me for this information.
Since then,
- I have contacted their unsubscribe service several times
- I have sent 2 messages to their "help" service
- I have emailed their consumer service.
All this without any result.
I thank you for your advice, as it is indeed a
paid subscription via the mobile phone subscription, according to what is noted on this page.

I have done what was necessary with my mobile operator
and my ISP but I still received a meeting proposal this morning. So I am not unsubscribed.
