Hello,
I had a mobile phone Blackberry that I no longer have since 2012, I had uninstalled everything; I noticed about ten days ago, while going through CCleaner, that upon startup these items:
com.rim.RimAlbumArtDaemon
com.rim.RimBBLaunchAgent
com.rim.Rim.BBDaemon
were set to open when I connected; I have deleted them...
What is ''strange'' is that
1) In 2012 all Blackberry files were deleted using a cleaning software;
2) I never programmed the opening of these files at startup;
3) I frequently check the items present at startup and they were not listed until recently...
I went to Library/Application Support and there I found a folder of files: BlackberryDesktop.
Can I please delete it or should I keep it?
Thank you for letting me know what you think...
Configuration: MacBook Air
<config> Mac OS X Yosemite Version 10.10.5
Processor: 1.04 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
Memory: 2GB 1067 MHz DDR3
Startup Disk Macintosh HD

Please, do I need to use any specific software to delete this folder of files?
Have a nice day.
But if you want to ensure that these files do not remain on the Mac, you can use EasyFind to find their exact locations.
Get EasyFind here:
https://apps.apple.com/fr/app/easyfind/id411673888?mt=12
or here:
http://www.devontechnologies.com/products/freeware.html
You launch EasyFind, and you ask it to search for the terms indicated by Ccleaner, (a search including hidden files), then in the list of results, you right-click on the line regarding the found file, to ask to "Show in Finder". And then, from the Finder, you delete it. The system may then ask for the user password... you provide it and confirm the deletion.

Best regards.
I have followed all your recommendations... and got rid of 75 items.
Good night.
