Printing issue with Parallels Desktop

Hello, I just installed Parallels Desktop on my Mac, but I can't use my printer under Windows.... HP printer<code><bold>Configuration: Windows XP

    Hi, have you tried turning off and back on your printer while you have a Windows program open? It works for me that way.

      Hi, yes, I tried but it doesn't work anymore. Before, it worked well and since the updates I made, it's no longer functioning.

    Hello,

    You need to enable the printer sharing option Mac OS / Windows in Parallels Desktop.
    If it still doesn't work, then you need to install the printer under Windows.

      Hello Ritchi, I don't even know where Parallels Desktop is installed on my computer. I don't understand anything and it was professionals who did these installations for me. Everything is glitchy. I can't even update Parallels as they advised me against it. On my Mac, I have 3 hard drives and it's everywhere.
