Question

Hello, I just bought an LG 32LF5610 flat screen, which gives me complete satisfaction, except for the fact that I can't use the PVR recorder.
I can read videos and photos from a USB drive, but when I try to record, it displays the following message: please insert a USB drive in the designated port.

Good evening, I tried my 500GB external hard drive again. I reformatted it to NTFS and now there's a recording happening with the start and end of the recording indicated. The problem is the playback: files appear but when I try to read them, it tells me the folder is empty.
And if I want to read them on my PC, the files appear but the computer can't read them.
Help!!! Uncle is starting to have nervous breakdowns.

With the USB key, it doesn't work at all, neither in FAT 32 nor in NTFS. Only the external hard drive seems to work, but as I mentioned earlier, it's impossible to read it on my computer, or the saved folders are empty when I want to read them on the TV.

When I insert the key, nothing happens. I'm told to plug in a USB port to be able to record.
When I connect a hard drive, the TV asks me to format it to NTFS and then it records, but the problem is that when I open the recorded files, the TV tells me that the folders are empty and if I want to view them on my PC, I'm told that this file format is not recognized.
I think I need to try to find software that allows reading these files.
