Hello, I just bought an LG 32LF5610 flat screen, which gives me complete satisfaction, except for the fact that I can't use the PVR recorder.
I can read videos and photos from a USB drive, but when I try to record, it displays the following message: please insert a USB drive in the designated port.
Thank you for your help.

Hello, baladur13, and thank you for taking the time to respond to my letter.
I used a 64-gig USB key and also an external 500-gig hard drive.
I am a novice in computing; what does external HDD mean and how do I format a USB key to be compatible with this television?
      Thank you.

64 GB key! In the link provided above, LG specifies:
        • It is recommended to use USB keys of 32 GB or less

HDD (Hard Drive Disk) external is an external hard drive, so yours should have worked as long as it meets the conditions recommended by LG.
        • Only use USB storage devices formatted with the Windows FAT32 or NTFS file systems.
        • For external USB hard drives, it is recommended to use devices with a nominal voltage lower than 5 V and a nominal current lower than 500 mA.
