I receive texts but I can't read them.

Hello,

I have a Wiko Rainbow and since this afternoon I can't read my texts. I receive them just fine, but when I try to read them, I get a black screen that lasts a tenth of a second. A sentence appears, but I don't have time to read it before I return to my home screen. Thank you in advance if you can give me some information or help me out.

Hello, have you tried resetting it? Make a copy of all your files on your SD card first.

Hi Mika, thanks for your response. I've just managed to read the message it says when I try to send SMS: "the SMS/MMS application has stopped". I think the problem comes from there, and the same for Whatsapp... Plus, I'm not really that tech-savvy lollllll.
