Hello,

I haven't had a connection since this afternoon.

The modem is on, but when I go to the page, it shows the message "your DSL connection is inactive. Check that your Technicolor is properly connected to your DSL line."
What should I do, please?

Unplug/replug the internet plug but after that, it must surely come from your provider, not from your box, sorry :/
