Password reset FNAC site

Hello,

I lost my password on the FNAC website and requested a new password.
I do receive an email saying: "Nothing could be easier, just click on the link!" but there is no link in the email. So what should I do? I don't see any address and you can't reply to their message??? Who should I contact? Has anyone else encountered this problem? Nothing could be easier but especially nothing as stupid as this support!
