Unable to log in

Hello,
I just bought a laptop with Windows 10 and everything was working perfectly until today when I can no longer log in with the message "your device is disconnected. Please sign in using the last password used on this device" or "your device is offline. Please sign in using the last password used on this device."

I don't understand since I have never changed the password...
If anyone can help me, thank you in advance..
Configuration: iPhone / Safari 9.0

    Hello,

    check if the num lock key is activated

    or:

    use the on-screen keyboard
    click in the bottom left (sometimes on the right) on Accessibility Options
    Then check the box Enter without the keyboard and confirm by clicking OK
    A keyboard will appear on the screen. Use it to enter your password and confirm
