Unsupported video format

Hello,
I have a SABA SCB910VX TV, I searched for channels this morning, I found all the channels, but it shows "unsupported video format."
Do I need to buy a HD TNT adapter???
What I don't understand is that if I've found all the channels, my TV must have HD TNT, right??
Can someone please clarify this for me

    Hello,

    This device is compatible with the MPEG2 format (used for SD channels), but incompatible with the new MPEG4 format used (generally for HD).

    So, you need an HD TNT box.
