Hello,
I have a GIGASET AS 405 that generates an unknown call when I make or receive a call.
What should I do to stop them?
Thank you for your reply.

Hello...
You mean that "unknown call" appears instead of the number or the name, or something else?
Best regards,
See you later

Hello
Check that you are not on "Permanent Secret" with Numéricable

Especially when it's not there...-

send (I think) an unknown call.:
I still don't get it: are you saying that an unknown call is made automatically, without you trying to call?!

Sorry, but I'm having trouble explaining the phenomenon
I'll try: I changed my SFR box for an SFR FIBER box, the generation before 4K.
With my first box, I used the same phone as now, the GIGASET AS 405, and I had no problems.
Since the box change, when I call or receive a call, there is a message that appears without a number and shows as unknown on the phone. I am not in secret mode and I don't have a withheld number.
I questioned SFR, who do not seem to understand what is happening. So I am at an impasse
I hope I was clearer.
Thank you in advance for your responses.

I hope I was clearer. : sorry, but for me... no! ;)
I’m trying to tell you what I understand: you receive a call, you hang up and put the mobile back on the base, and then, without touching it again, you see "1 new call" on the mobile display... is that it?

My question in message 11 is still unanswered.

If the phone is not ringing... and the screen shows a new call...
It means there is a missed call in memory with no message.
You need to open the call log and delete the recorded call(s).
See the manual on page 9, paragraph "Opening the call log"

Hello.
I had the same issue.
You need to deactivate the voicemail on the box.
This unknown number is the voicemail calling to inform you that there is a new message.
To deactivate it, check the Numericable website.
Have a nice day. -
Hello poupougne 13
No, the names and numbers are displayed correctly, my problem is that the phone or maybe the Numericable fiber box I just installed sends (I think) a call that shows up as unknown.
What would be the solution to stop these calls?
Thank you for your reply if you have one. -
I'm receiving a call from "unknown". Is the phone ringing?
Or is it just a display on the screen?
