White screen on Gigaset AS 405

Hello,
One of my three Gigaset AS 405 handsets is desperately showing a white screen and does not respond to any short or long presses. (The other two handsets are working fine.)
It does not respond to calls from the base, does anyone have a solution?

Configuration: Windows Vista / Chrome 42.0.2311.152

    Hello
    White screen... or empty???
    To check... the batteries are dead (in this case check the charger) or not installed correctly or simply defective (swap with one of the working handsets)

     Especially when it isn't there...
