Hello everyone,
As mentioned in the title, I connected two HD TVs at home and neither of them finds anything!
Or rather, it finds 5 channels but with a black screen. Even the radios are silent!
I have a rooftop antenna and an antenna amplifier that is placed on the main TV, which also has a decoder, and I'm still not receiving anything...

Good evening
to find out if this comes from your own home or from the network, I would advise you to contact your neighbors to see if they have the same malfunction. -
These are entry-level devices from exotic brands often designed only for SD TNT (at this price level), so it's a stretch to say they cannot display HD images...

a HD-compatible TV could very well display mpeg2 (an old compression standard) but may not be able to handle mpeg4.

For the Waltham HDMI entry, therefore HD Ready, the decoder should work

Akira likewise

Question: do you have the decoder menus appearing on the screens?
I can't find the manual for these Qilive TNT HD terminals Q.1489, apparently sold exclusively at Auchan?
Unknown even at the manufacturer
http://www.qilive.com/search?&keys=tnt&page=1
Therefore, it is difficult for me to know if you are well connected to the right places.
Can you send us a photo of the back of this Qilive?
Another point, what is your place of residence, in order to find the channels used by the transmitter you depend on?

Hello
did you have arteHD and HD1 before April 5th? -
Hello,
Are these decoders connected to the TVs via HDMI or with a scart cable?
On the TVs, have you selected the HDMI signal source (if connected via HDMI) or AV1 or AV2 (depending on the connected scart)?

How are these decoders connected
antenna cable to RF in of the decoder, then HDMI cable from the decoder to the TV?
What are the references (Brand and model) of these decoders, of the TVs?

An amplifier is placed at the foot of the antenna and not near the receiver, but that's not the issue.

Hello,
What is the age of the rake? Is it intended for HD digital? -
Don't forget the accents
la and là, ou and où, a and à do not have the same meaning
put your decoders behind the working TV to adjust the channels then connect them to the TVs that display nothing, if you still have no picture it means the TVs are incompatible.
an antenna is always compatible, it receives the signal (a range of frequencies) but does no processing, simply those called HD are made with more care and have a greater gain (less loss) -
Sure
for tomorrow:
can you specify more precisely which brands and models of TVs (the ones that are not working) you have, so we can check the specifications

Hello
Have you found a solution to your problem? And what did you do? I'm in the same situation with a new HD Strong receiver but no signal and no channels. Connected to the antenna socket and to a Philips TV (33PT9121/19) via a scart cable but nothing, not even 1 percent signal.
I should mention that the owner was subscribed to Free when we arrived in this house.
Best regards.-
The reception of TNT can only be done with a UHF LTE rooftop antenna, whether individual or collective... Cable networks also offer a TNT signal. TNT reception via an indoor antenna is not guaranteed....
https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich-31835966-antenne-d-interieur
Also see the relevant section of the forum dedicated to "TNT," a thoroughly discussed and detailed topic!!!
Internet TV (IPTV Box from ISPs) has nothing to do with TNT (DVB-T)
If the TV reception is random or partial, with a initially passive rooftop antenna, it can be equipped with a mast UHF preamplifier which, in general, improves the situation..
In case of failure, there is the DVB-S2 Fransat (or Tntsat) solution, see the dedicated "Satellite" section of the forum.

Good evening....
via the decoders: it is ON the decoders that the search should be done, not on the TV "via the decoder"!
Best regards,

Are your decoders recent and designed for MPEG4?
Please give your connections, thanks....
