"unsupported mode signal" after decoder installation

Hello,
after connecting my DIGI 50 HD TNTHD recorder decoder to my Samsung TV which is HD ready, the message "mode not supported" is continuously displayed on the screen, after numerous attempts (searching for channels, etc.) - connected via HDMI - to the antenna.
Can someone help me?

Yes, by connecting the adapter with the SCART cable, I was able to access the adapter on the screen (as it was formatted for the SCART plug). I just had to change the HDMI output in the menu. And it worked!! Phew! Thank you all and good evening
