My SHARP AQUOS TV won't turn on.

Hello,

Since this morning, my SHARP AQUOS TV is not working anymore. The red (standby) light stays on. I can't turn it on using the remote or directly on the TV. Have you had this problem? What did you do? The customer service doesn't respond to my phone calls. Thank you for your replies.

Configuration: iPad / Safari 9.0
