I lost the Facebook icon on my Alcatel One Touch, so I can't access it anymore.

    What a pity and good! Let's be serious, what do you mean by "I've lost the Facebook icon"? On your home screen, elsewhere... if it's on your screen, open your app drawer, look for your app, press and hold it, and drag it onto your screen... and try to construct an explicit sentence.

      Thank you for your response, but it didn't work. Here’s how I managed.

      When I turned my mobile phone back on after the battery died, the Facebook icon came back like magic.

      I’m not a pro, so I put this down to the mysteries of technology.
