Touch disabled on Packard Bell

I don’t know how it happened, but I no longer have the touchscreen on my Packard Bell, and I can't use it with touch anymore. What should I do, please? I'm about to pull my hair out.

    Good evening,

    All you need to do is reactivate your touchpad by pressing the Fn key and one of the "F" keys at the top of the keyboard, the one with a small rectangle and a hand on it! For me, it's F7 but for your Packard, it could be F3!
