No more access to the Menu of my SHARP Aquos

After a mishap with the remote control while I had just inserted the USB key, my LE60LE635E got stuck on a black screen with "USB Support" in the top right corner.
I can no longer access the Menu.
I turned the TV off and on again, but I can't even access the Box anymore.
Do you have a solution?

    Well... I finally figured it out by myself after thinking! !!!
    - unplug the TV for 10 minutes
    - turn it back on and hold the "Menu" button for 20 seconds

    It works!!!!
    It has been reset.
