Hello,
I just acquired a second-hand Samsung LE26R86BDX television...
I believe it was in service in a store or a hotel and that it must be in a mode where the customer does not have access to all the settings...
how can I reset it to factory settings, knowing that I do not have access to the "plug & play" function, which is grayed out and the TV keeps reverting to its settings every half an hour..?
Thank you!
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 84.0

I just found the solution thanks to joosmho from 2013
1- TV in standby
2- INFO+MENU+MUTE+POWER
we get to a "snow" screen so the menu is difficult to read, but we have to deal with it...
navigate through the menu to get to "HOTEL MODE" and switch to OFF
that's it!
after turning the TV off and back on, press MENU, navigate, and all the functions of the television are back!!!
Thank you joosmo! And thank you CCM!
