Philips 21HT352 menu access issue

Question

Hello everyone,
I just got an old Philips hotel TV (21HT3352/41Z) but I can't access the menu (there's no button on the TV). The person who lent it to me said there was a trick to access it so I can adjust the channels, but he can't remember it. I'm therefore looking for any information that could help me solve this problem.

No, I no longer have the original remote control, I also looked on the Philips website and found the same thing...  Thank you for your response.  PM

With a universal remote like One For All, you just need to enter the manufacturer code. The best option is to get a Logitech Harmony 525, which has a similar device in its database.

I have a universal remote, but when I press menu the TV shows "no text"...
Moreover, I thought I had found a solution, which was: "select the last available channel with the TV +/- button; press the volume/P button on the TV and then the volume- button on the remote for 4 seconds."
The menu should then appear, but when I do this nothing happens; maybe because the volume bar appears but I can't increase or decrease the volume?
