Hello, when I send a smiley in an SMS, my contact receives a question mark. Can you please tell me how to fix my problem? I have a Samsung Galaxy Grand Plus.

Hello there,

It seems to me that in the SMS sending settings, you need to change the "input mode" option and switch it to "automatic."
The same for your recipient.
On my Galaxy S6, it's in: sms->"more" (top right) -> settings -> More settings -> SMS -> input mode -> automatic.
