Hello everyone,
I am a loyal customer of showroom privé. On December 7, 2015, I ordered a "Nina Ricci" perfume set on their site. The delivery was scheduled for December 18 via registered Colissimo, but I did not receive the package. When I contacted showroom privé, they asked me for my ID to supposedly locate the parcel. I sent them everything, and I also took steps with the post office to find out what happened to the package. The post office treated me with respect and informed me that the package was declared as "lost" during the holiday season, and that it would reimburse the sender, namely showroomprive.com.
Now it's March 2016, I believe the post office has already reimbursed showroom privé, and I have not been refunded for the package that I paid for. Additionally, I paid for an annual delivery subscription to showroomprive.com to have all my parcels delivered via registered Colissimo with a signature for a year. So if this perfume set really had been handed over to the post office, why hasn't it arrived at my home?
How can we describe such an attitude from a merchant who abuses the trust of their customers?

I was treated with respect and was assured that you will be refunded. I know that they have already done it, at least they are serious and care about their reputation.
They are not crooks or scammers hiding behind a ghost delivery to steal their customers.
If the Infinity offer does not include home delivery against signature, then why do you offer it on your site? What purpose does it serve to make customers believe that they are paying to receive their parcels at home? When in reality, no parcel has been shipped. Why didn’t you specify this in the annual subscription?

The Infinity offer does include home delivery; however, packages are not delivered with a signature and are simply placed in the mailbox.
