Currency conversion from Steam to Instant Gaming

Hello everyone, I have a quick question because on my Steam account I have 29 euros and a bit, and I would like to know if it is possible to transfer them to Instant Gaming because Far Cry Primal is on sale for 27 euros I believe, so I would really like to buy it. So, I don't know since Steam is a platform of Instant Gaming if I could transfer the Steam money to Instant Gaming or buy it from Steam. So if you have the solution, please post a comment :) or else I won't buy it, too bad :p

PS: For Steam regulars, do you think Far Cry Primal will go on sale soon? And by how much %?

    Why not ask directly?

    Personally, if I were going to buy a baguette, I wouldn't go to a butcher's to ask if they sell country baguettes at the bakery.
