When I click on certain icons in the lower taskbar "sound, available networks, power... and especially the Windows icon in the lower left corner" nothing happens, I can no longer access the tiles... Can someone help me solve this problem?

Good evening,
try this:
When you are on your session do:
- Ctrl + ALT + Delete
From there, hold down the SHIFT key until the end of the procedure. (SHIFT is the up arrow key, at the bottom left of the keyboard)
- Click on the power button at the bottom right of the screen, click on "Restart"
you are now on a blue page
release the SHIFT key
click on "Choose an option"
Troubleshoot
Advanced options
Restart (at the bottom of the window)
choose F4 (Safe Mode)
let Windows load
Once on the desktop, press the Windows key + R, then type msconfig in the box. Press enter.
- Go to the Services tab, then sort by the "Service" column (by clicking on the column heading)
- Uncheck the box "Windows Error Reporting Service", click OK, restart your computer.
or:
Press CTRL ALT DELETE at the same time.
2: Left click on Task Manager.
3: Left click on "File", then "Run new task"
4: In the box type: PowerShell (don’t forget to check "Create this task with administrative privileges.")
5: Once PowerShell has launched, (copy/paste this command)
Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
6: Wait until PowerShell finishes the configuration, this may take a few minutes (if you can type, it means the configuration is complete).
7: Restart once the configuration is complete

try the first solution with the keyboard keys
otherwise, let the PC shut down by keeping your finger pressed down without releasing it until it completely powers off
then restart.

Thanks, I’ve taken note for the next time it tickles. I’m happy to tinker, but it doesn’t explain why it tickles like that!
Thanks again,
A.

Many people have encountered this bug due to a Windows Update
it is more frequent with Windows Home edition.

Hello pistouri,
I'm having the same problem on my granddaughter's Acer PC.
I'm currently working on the second solution. I've copied and pasted, and it's been almost 15 minutes since the system has been stuck on a line of text highlighted in sky blue that starts with "Progress of the deployment operation: (and there, a line of text). I'm wondering if the system is not frozen...
Should I wait or proceed with the first solution?
Best regards
